La Maison was born from a simple dream: to create a place where food transcends sustenance and becomes art. In 2001, Chef Laurent Dubois opened the doors of a modest Parisian townhouse on Rue de la Paix with twelve tables, a passionate team of six, and an unwavering belief in the transformative power of exceptional cuisine.
Twenty-five years later, that dream has evolved into one of Europe's most celebrated dining destinations. Three Michelin stars, countless James Beard nominations, and tens of thousands of memorable evenings have affirmed what Laurent always knew — when food is made with love and integrity, it resonates deeply.
Today, La Maison remains family-owned. Every dish that leaves our kitchen carries the same spirit it always has: seasonal ingredients, classical technique, and the kind of attention to detail that only comes from truly caring about what you put on the table.
We work directly with 40+ local farms and artisan producers. Our menu changes quarterly to honour what the land gives us.
Three Michelin stars earned through 25 years of unwavering commitment to craft, precision, and innovation.
Every guest is family. From your first call to the last goodbye, our team is dedicated to making your evening unforgettable.
With 30 years of culinary mastery across Paris, Tokyo, and New York, Laurent brings a global perspective to classical French cuisine. His philosophy: respect the ingredient, honour the tradition, surprise the palate.
Isabelle trained at École Ferrandi Paris before perfecting her craft in Vienna and London. Her desserts are architectural masterpieces — delicate, precise, and extraordinarily delicious.
Marco spent a decade at three-star restaurants in Lyon and Barcelona before joining La Maison. He leads the kitchen with precision ensuring every plate meets the exacting standards Laurent set decades ago.
